蛋白质组学技术及其在植物逆境生物学中的应用

逆境胁迫是制约植物生长发育、影响作物产量和质量的关键因子,揭示植物应答胁迫的分子机理一直是人们长期探索的重大课题.植物的蛋白质组学研究可以系统揭示不同胁迫条件下植物蛋白质的表达状况,从而深入了解环境胁迫下植物的基因表达调控机制、植物响应胁迫机理.简要介绍了蛋白质组学的研究技术,概述了其在植物逆境胁迫适应机制研究中的应用,并对蛋白质组学在该领域的发展前景进行了展望.
Proteomics Technology and its Application in the Research of Plant Responses to Stress
Abiotic and biotic stresses are key factors limiting plant growth and development.It has been a long-term goal to reveal the molecular mechanisms of plant responses to stress.Plant proteomics can be used to identify the proteins and pathways involved in plant responses to stress,thus to reveal the regulatory mechanisms of gene expression under stress.In this review,concepts and methods of proteomics were briefly introduced.Applications of proteomics in plant responses to stress were reviewed.Finally,the development of proteomics were prospected.
