Application of Suppression Subtractive Hybridization Technology in Screening Functional Genes of Filamentous Fungi
Suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) is an efficient technology for isolation of differential expression gene,which is based on the suppression PCR and subtractive hybridization.Because of its high efficiency,stability and reliability,SSH was widely used to screen functional genes of filamentous fungi.The article methodology,technical process,characteritics of SSH and its application in filamentous fungal growth,metabolism of active material and in disease-causing genes were reviewed.
