中国三种树蛙骨骼系统的比较研究

用透明骨骼双色法对斑腿泛树蛙(Polypedates megacephalus)、大树蛙(Rhacophorus dennysi)、黑点树蛙(Rhacophorus nigropunctatus)的骨骼系统进行了比较研究.结果发现黑点树蛙在副蝶骨、舌器、肩带等方面与斑腿泛树蛙和大树蛙存在着明显差异,并对泛树蛙属与树蛙属的分类进行了初步探讨.
Comparative Studies on Skeletal System of Three Species of Rhacophoridae in China
A description and comparison of the skeletal systems of three species of Rhacophoridae including Polypedates megacephalus,Rhacophorus dennysi and Rhacophorus nigropunctatus were conducted by double stain of skeletons.The results showed that R.nigropunctatus had obvious differences in parasphenoid,apparatus hyoideus and pectoral ginlle from P.megacephalus and R.dennysi.Classification between Polypedates and Rhacophorus was dissussed.
