研究青钱柳[Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja]总黄酮和总三萜的微波-超声波联合提取工艺,试验采用单因素试验和正交试验优化青钱柳中总黄酮和总三萜的最佳提取工艺.结果表明,青钱柳总黄酮的最佳条件为70%乙醇,液料比(m/V,g:mL)为1:30,微波800 W-超声波1 000 W联合处理4 min;总三萜提取的最佳条件为80%乙醇,液料比为1:30,微波800 W-超声波800 W联合处理4 min,在此条件下微波-超声波联合提取青钱柳总黄酮和总三萜平均提取率分别为4.379%和2.998%.
The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids and total triterpenoids from Cyclocarya paliurus through ultrasonic-microwave synergistic was studied.The optimal technology was obtained by single factor and orthogonal test.The optimal conditions of extracting total flavonoids from the C.paliurus were 70% ethanol as solvent,ratio of material to liquid of 1:30,the power of microwave of 800 W and ultrasonic 1 000 W for 4 min with ultrasonic-microwave synergistic.The optimal conditions of exteracting total triterpenoids were 80% ethanol as solvent,ratio of material to liquid of 1:30,the power of microwave of 800 W and ultrasonic 800 W for 4 min with ultrasonic-microwave synergistic.Under the optimal conmditions,the average content of total flavonoids and total triterpenoids was 4.379% and 2.998%,respectively.
