贵州兴义华西雨蛙的分子鉴定

Molecular Identification of Hyla gongshanensis of Xinyi City in Guizhou Province

对采自贵州省兴义市的华西雨蛙(Hyla gongshanensis)标本进行了线粒体16S rRNA基因扩增,并用双重单系法分析构建了华西雨蛙各种群的系统发育树.结果表明,该标本属华西雨蛙,群内部分化为兴义支系、云南曲靖支系和越南沙巴支系,而3个支系间相互聚类关系有待进一步深入研究.
The mitochondrial 16S rRNA of two Hyla gongshanensis samples from Xinyi city in Guizhou province was amplified and sequenced,the phylogenetic trees of various groups of H.gongshanensis was constructed using double monophyletic analyse.The results showed that this specimen was belonged to H.gongshanensis.H.gongshanensis recovered 3 lineages,including the Xinyi lineage,the Quqing lineage and the Sabah (Viet Nam) lineage,but the relationship among the three lineages was still unresolved.
