Identification and Fungicide Toxicity Determination of the Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.On Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.In Daozhen
Through observation symptoms of Daozhen figwort root (Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.),and researching southern blight of pathogens to cultivate character and colony morphology, combined with ITS sequence analysis, finally the plant pathogenic bacteria was determined as Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc., also known as roche white silk small sclerotium bacteria.The indoor bacteriostatic test results showed that polyoxins was the best inhabitant against S.rolfsii Sacc.
