通过设置植物生长调节剂GGR 6号生根粉不同处理方式、不同浓度、不同处理时间,对GGR 6号在茶树[Camellia sinensis (L.) O.Ktze.]穴盘扦插育苗上的效果进行比较.结果表明,GGR6号生根粉可提高茶树扦插生根率和茶苗成活率,促进根系和茶苗生长,其中慢浸法优于速蘸法,50 mg/kg溶液浸泡插穗0.5 h处理的效果最好,其根系发达,茶苗成活率为86.33％,茎粗2.05 mm,苗高167 mm.
Application of GGR 6 on Cutting Propagation of Camellia sinensis Plug Seedling
The effects of plant growth regulator GGR 6 on cutting propagation of tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) O.Ktze.] plug seedling were studied by setting different treatment methods, treatment times and concentration of GGR6.The results showed that application of GGR6 growth regulator could increase the root rate and survival rate, promote the growth of root system and tea seeding.Slow soaking method was superior to quick dipping.Treatment of 50 mg/kg for 0.5 h was the optimal as the developed root system was better and the survival rate, stem diameter and seeding height was 86.33 ％, 2.05 mm and 167 mm, respectively.
