银杏叶片愈伤组织诱导的激素组合培养条件分析

以银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)叶片外植体为试材,研究了不同激素组合培养条件对银杏叶片外植体脱分化诱导愈伤组织的效果.结果表明,不同激素组合培养条件对银杏叶片外植体启动脱分化(膨大)的效应极显著,且膨大率与膨大速度之间具有良好的一致性;不同培养条件对银杏叶片外植体愈伤组织诱导形成的效应极显著,且愈伤组织的诱导率与诱导速度之间具有较好的协同性;综合各项测量指标,当培养基中激素组合为MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D +1.0 mg/L NAA +0.3 mg/L 6-BA +1.0 mg/L KT时,银杏叶片诱导愈伤组织诱导效果相对最佳.
Analysis of Different Plant Hormone Combination on Callus Induction of Leaf Explants about Ginkgo biloba L.
The effects that different culture condition of plant hormone combination exerted on callus induction from leaf explants of Ginkgo biloba L.were researched.The results showed that there were significant difference among various hormone combining conditions and the expanding rate was concerted with the velocity of expanding.Culture condition of hormones combination had significant influence on callus induction from leaf explants of Ginkgo biloba L.and the inducing rate was coordinated with the speed of callus induction.Overall,it took the best effect of callus induction from leaf explants when the culture condition was MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D +1.0 mg/L NAA +0.3 mg/L 6-BA +1.0 mg/L KT.
