Effect of Different Soil Amendments on the Soil Microorganism and Soil Physicochemical Properties of Tomato at Seedling Stage
Using pot experiment, different concentrations of phosphogypsum, acetic acid and soil amendment He Kang were applied to tomato soil with continuous cropping for 5 years, and their effects to soil microbial traits, physicochemical properties and growth of tomato seedlings soil were studied. The results showed that, after the application of phosphogypsum and soil amendment He Kang, the number of available soil microflora, soil organic matter and nutrients significantly increased (P<0.05),which played a certain facilitating role on the growth and development of tomato. After the application of acetic acid, there was a significant reduction in the number of main groups of soil microorganisms, the soil pH and other nutrients were also significantly reduced,it showed no significant promoting effect on the growth and development of tomato. On the whole, the improvement effect of soil amendment He Kang was the best, followed by phosphogypsum.
