The Pathological Research of Fusarium solani Infected on Dendrobium officinale
The pathological research was performed by infecting Dendrobium officinale with Fusarium solani to see the pathogenicity level.The experimental groups were inoculated with F.solani suspension solution on roots and leaves of D.officinale seedling by puncture.When the plants were infected,the pathogens were isolated from the plant and identified by morphological and molecular methods.The control groups were applied with sterile water instead.The results showed that the control groups grew normally,but the experimental groups expressed different levels of lesions.The isolated pathogens were identified as F.solani by both of morphological and molecular methods.F.solani was a virulent pathogen to D.officinale.
