人工湿地细菌量与污染物去除率相关性研究

通过模拟人工湿地系统,探讨在无植被状态下的人工湿地系统中不同污染物去除效率与模拟湿地水体中细菌数量变化之间的相关性.结果表明,无植被人工湿地对生活污水中典型污染物有较显著的净化作用,其中,TN的平均去除率为48.39%,CODcr的平均去除率为47.36%,TP的平均去除率为21.81%;模拟湿地水体中的细菌数量变化不稳定,呈现增加-减少-增加的波动趋势;经相关性分析,水体中细菌数量与TP去除率之间无显著相关性(P>0.05,r<-0.3);但细菌数量与CODcr、TN去除率之间均呈显著相关,分别为P<0.01,r=0.549;P<0.05,r=0.507.
Analysis of Correlation Between Bacteria Numbers and Pollutant Removal Rates in Artificia1 Wetlands
Wetland microbial communities plays an important role in the process of pollutant degradation in domestic wastewa-ter.By simulating the artificial wetland system,the correlation between removal rates of different pollutant in artificial wetland system without the vegetation cover and bacteria numbers in simulated wetland water was discussed.The results showed that, the wetland without vegetation cover have more significant purification on typical pollutants in domestic wastewater,in which the average removal rate of TN was 48.39%,the average removal rate of CODcr was 47.36%,the average removal rate of TP was 21.81%;and the bacteria numbers in simulated wetland water changed variably,showing a fluctuation trend of increase—decrease—increase;Through the correlation analysis,bacteria numbers have no significant correlation with the removal rate of TP (P>0.05,r<-0.3);but was significantly correlated with the removal rate of TN (P<0.05,r=0.507) and CODcr (P<0.01,r=0.549).
