新疆核桃实生后代坚果外观品质差异分析

为了探究新疆核桃(Juglans regia L.)不同品种实生后代坚果外观品质的优劣,为核桃育种提供参考依据,试验对10个新疆核桃品种的实生后代果实青果果重、皮厚、果形指数和坚果的果重、壳厚、出仁率等外观品质进行了分析,研究不同核桃品种实生后代群体间外观性状的差异.结果表明,不同核桃品种的实生后代中,扎343的平均湿果重和单果重最大,温185的仁重最重,出仁率最高,果形指数最小,缝合线高度最小,壳最薄,温417的内褶壁厚最薄,温179的含水量最高,壳硬度最小,新翠丰的缝合线紧密度最小.通过综合分析各外观指标,最终可以确定温185实生后代核桃的综合品质较好,是值得大力推广的品种.
The Appearance Quality Difference Analysis on Nut of Xinjiang Walnut Seedlings
In order to provide a reference basis for walnuts breeding, the appearance quality of nuts was explored in walnut varieties from offspring in Xinjiang. Ten walnut varieties were taken as the materials. Based on the total weight, skin thick-ness, fruit shape index and shell thickness of nuts, kernel, the exterior quality, the differences of different varieties of wal-nut health offspring appearance between groups were analyzed. Results showed that in different from offspring of walnut vari-eties, Zha343 has the biggest average plunge and the biggest average fruit weight; Wen185 has the largest kernel weight, the highest kernel percent, and the least fruit shape index, the smallest sutures height, and the most thin shell; Wen417 has the thinnest fold thickness; Wen179 has the highest water content, and the least shell hardness; Xincuifeng has the least shell seal grade. Through the comprehensive analysis of various indicators appearance, it was sure that Wen185 can be determined from offspring of walnut for good comprehensive quality and worth promoting.
