A Primary Investation of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Infection to Mangrove Plants in Hainan Dongzhaigang
To research the symbiosis between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) and mangrove plant species,14 kinds of the mangrove plants grown in Sanjiang、Tashi and the conservation station which belong to the Hainan Dongzhaigang National Re-serve,were studied. The results showed that:AMF infection structures were mostly found in the form of hyphae and vesicles, which were commonly associated with all the mangrove species that we investigated. Furthermore, the total infection rate of Sonneratia caseolaris(Linn.) Engl.、Sonneratia apetala and Kandelia candel (Linn.) Druce could be 100℅.
