The Error Analyses on Evaluating Yield of Oyster Mushroom Using Biological Efficiency
In order to analyze the errors from biological efficiency evaluating yield of oyster mushroom, taking the converted efficiency evaluating yield of oyster mushroom as control, the cultivation formulas experiment of the biological efficiency eval-uating yield of oyster mushroom was carried out. The results showed that the difference of yield orders between biological ef-ficiency and converted efficiency was significant, which caused by different fruiting body moisture, a plus or minus 1 percent difference of moisture contents could lead to a plus or minus 10 percent difference of biological efficiency. So that only using biological efficiency to evaluate the yield for study on substrate formulas was lacking veracity and scientificity.
