氮素营养对榨菜组培苗影响研究

筛选了适合榨菜(Brassica juncea var.tumida Tsen et Lee)茎尖带下胚轴材料组织培养的生长调节剂,并对适合榨菜组织培养的不同氮素总量及不同氮素配比进行了研究.结果表明,生长调节剂配比1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA适合榨菜茎尖带下胚轴材料生长;氮素在KNO3用量为950 mg/L、NH4NO3用量为412.5 mg/L时,组培苗长势最优,正常苗数最多.
Effect of Nitrogen on Tissue Culture of Tuber Mustard
The subculture hormone condition had been screened,and the effects of different concentrations of total nitrogen and proportion of different nitrogen sources on the growth of tuber mustard had been studied.The results showed that the mustard material growed well when the hormone combinations in 1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA;when KNO3 in amount of 950 mg/L,NHaNO3 dosage of 412.5 mg/L,the plantlets growed best,and the number of normal seedlings was largest.
