Process Optimization and Anti-oxidation Evaluation of Total Flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides L. Leaves by Surfactant
The extraction technology of total flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides L. leaves was optimized by single factor experiment,and the flavonoids content,the antioxidant activity of crude extract were determined. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 5%,extraction temperature 70℃,ratio of solid to liquid 1:70 (g:mL), extraction time 1.5 h,the concentration of surfactants was 0.02 g/mL. Under this condition, the extraction rate of flavonoids was 1.6%. The superoxide anion,OH·free radical, DPPH free radical scavenging effect.
