不同基质和植物生长调节剂对香榧扦插生根的影响

采用5种不同基质和3种植物生长调节剂对香榧(Torreya grandis Fortune ex Lindl.cv.Merrillii)枝条进行扦插试验,以找出最适合香榧枝条扦插生根的基质以及植物生长调节剂种类与浓度.结果表明,最有利于香榧枝条扦插生根的基质为草炭+珍珠岩(3:1),其平均根长和生根率最高,分别为8.1 mm和54.10%;用NAA处理优于IBA和生根粉,NAA最佳浓度为2000 mg/L,生根率达72.11%.
The Influence of Different Substrates and Plant Growth Regulator to Torreya grandis cv. Merrillii Cutting
The influence of five different substrates and different concentration of three kinds of plant growth regulator on the rooting of cuttings of Torreya grandis Fortune ex Lindl. cv. Merrillii were studied. Statistical analysis were conducted to find the most suitable rooting matrix and plant growth regulator and concentration. Results indicated that the most suitable matrix for the cutting of T. grandis cv. Merrillii was grass carbon with perlite (3:1) as the average root length and rooting rate were the highest (8.1 mm and 54.10%, respectively). Treatment with NAA was better than IBA and rooting powder. The optimal concentration was 2000 mg/L as the rooting rate was 72.11%.
