Analysis of alcohol dehydrogenase in tissues and organs of different genders of Microtus fortis
In order to study the physiological and biochemical aspects of typical harmful rodents in agricultural and forestry areas,the PAGE electrophoresis was used to establish and analyze the distribution and activity of alcohol dehydrogenase in tissues and organs of different genders of Microtus fortis.The results showed that ethanol dehydrogenase was expressed in tissues and organs of different gen-ders of Microtus fortis,and the expression of this enzyme showed certain differences among different genders of Microtus fortis.
