基于AHP-TOPSIS-耦合协调模型的农业发展水平实证评估

摘要
近年来国内新农业发展格局体系发展迅速,为加快国内农业循环发展,以2012-2020年31个省(自治区、直辖市)面板数据为基础,通过层次分析法、熵权法、最优解距离法、耦合协调模型对新农业发展格局体系进行综合评估,并且从时间和空间两个维度进行分析.结果表明,2020年农业发展水平较高的前三省份为山东、广东、江苏,人均GDP与农业发展水平具有高度协调;西部地区的农业发展水平相对中东地区还有待提高.
Abstract
The domestic new agricultural development pattern system has developed rapidly in recent years.Aiming to accelerate the development of domestic agricultural circulation,the panel data from 2012 to 2020 in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and munici-palities)was used to comprehensively evaluate the system of the new agricultural development pattern through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),entropy weight method,optimum distance method and coupling coordination model,and the analysis was conducted from two dimensions of time and space.The results showed that the top three provinces with high agricultural development level in 2020 were Shandong,Guangdong and Jiangsu,and their per capita GDP and agricultural development level were highly coordinated.The level of agricultural development in the western region had yet to improve relative to the central and eastern regions.
