基于AHP-CRITIC法结合星点设计优选壮药骆芡愈巴布剂成型工艺

以初黏力、持黏力及综合感官评价为考察指标,通过AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定各指标的权重并计算综合评分,采用星点设计-响应面法优选壮药骆芡愈巴布剂的最佳成型工艺。结果表明,壮药骆芡愈巴布剂空白基质最佳处方为NP-700 1。6 g、微粉硅胶1。0 g、甘羟铝0。8 g、甘油12。0 g、卡波姆940 0。5 g、CMC-Na 0。5 g、EDTA-2Na 26 mg、去离子水10 mL;制备方法为NP-700、微粉硅胶、甘羟铝置于甘油中溶胀,作为A相,EDTA-2Na溶于去离子水中,加卡波姆940、CMC-Na溶胀,作为B相,将A相加入B相中搅拌均匀,得到的空白基质与处方量药膏搅拌均匀即得。优选得到的制备工艺稳定可行,实际生产可操作性大,可用于壮药骆芡愈巴布剂的制备。
Optimization of forming process of Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu cataplasm based on AHP-CRITIC method combined with star design
Taking the initial viscosity,holding viscosity and comprehensive sensory evaluation as indexes,the weight of each index was determined by the AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method,and the comprehensive score was calculated.The star design-response surface method was used to optimize the best forming process of Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu cataplasm.The results showed that the best blank matrix formulation of Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu cataplasm was NP-700 of 1.6 g,silica gel powder of 1.0 g,dihydroxyalu-minum aminoacetate of 0.8 g,glycerol of 12.0 g,carbomer 940 of 0.5 g,CMC-Na of 0.5 g,EDTA-2Na of 26 mg,and deionized wa-ter of 10 mL.The preparation method was as follows:NP-700,silica gel powder and dihydroxyaluminum aminoacetate were swelled in glycerol as phase A,EDTA-2Na was dissolved in deionized water,carbomer 940 and CMC-Na were swelled as phase B,phase A was added into phase B to stir evenly,and the resulting blank matrix was mixed evenly with the prescribed cream.The optimized prepara-tion process was stable and feasible,and the actual production was operable,which could be used for the preparation of Zhuang medi-cine Luoqianyu cataplasm.
