陕西省乡村振兴发展水平测度及区域差异

采用熵值法、泰尔指数和Kernel密度估计对陕西省2012-2022 年乡村振兴发展水平进行测度和区域差异研究。结果表明,发展水平测度方面,陕西省乡村振兴发展水平逐年提高,年平均增长率近4%,乡村振兴发展水平表现为陕北>关中>陕南,陕南地区乡村振兴发展水平增速最快,2022年乡村振兴发展水平延安排名第一,咸阳排名最后。区域差异方面,陕西省地区总体差异在明显地变小,区域内差异是陕西省乡村振兴发展水平总体差异的主要原因,陕北地区差异忽高忽低,关中地区差异有所减小,陕南地区差异变化不大,关中地区乡村振兴发展低水平市区占比较多。最后提出了因地制宜、引导推动联合发展和实施特色产业等建议。
Measurement and regional differences of rural revitalization development level in Shaanxi Province
The entropy method,Theil index and Kernel density estimation were used to measure and study the rural revitalization de-velopment level and regional differences in Shaanxi Province from 2012 to 2022.The results showed that in terms of development level measurement,the development level of rural revitalization in Shaanxi Province had increased year by year,with an average annual growth rate of nearly 4%.The development level of rural revitalization was shown in Northern Shaanxi>Guanzhong>Southern Shaanxi.The development level of rural revitalization in Southern Shaanxi showed the fastest growth.In 2022,Yan'an ranked first in the development level of rural revitalization,and Xianyang ranked last.In terms of regional differences,the overall differences in Shaanxi Province were significantly smaller,and the differences within the region were the main reasons for the overall differences in the development level of rural revitalization in Shaanxi Province.The differences in Northern Shaanxi fluctuated,and the differences in Guanzhong area were reduced,and there was little difference in Southern Shaanxi.The low-level urban areas of rural revitalization de-velopment in Guanzhong area accounted for more.Finally,suggestions such as adapting measures to local conditions,guiding and pro-moting joint development and implementing characteristic industries were put forward.
