Enhancing the Academic Influence of Sci-tech Journals by Coordination of Editor and Researcher——Taking the Journal of Hebei University of Technology as an Example
Sci-tech journals are the important platforms for revealing capabilities of scientific research.Nowadays,most sci-tech journals are in the mode of"editorial board running publications"in China,and the participation of high academic level researchers is low,which leads to the inability of journal content to focus on the international frontiers and shortage of high-quality manuscripts.Relying on the advantages of world-class disciplines and characteristic subject groups,scientific researchers have been included the publishing team by the Journal of Hebei University of Technology.In the work of column construction,business improvement,editing-proof-reading,reward system,digital integration etc.,the roles of editors and researchers were explored,collaborative cooperation and mutual integration between"editor"and"researcher"were realized,a professional academic community for publishing was build,then the academic leadership and influence of sci-tech journals were improved.
