Research and Discussion on the Construction of High-Level Training Base for Equipment Manufacturing in Enterprise-run Higher Vocational Colleges
A higher vocational college run by enterprises is an important type in the development of higher vocational education in our country.This paper,focusing on promoting the development of higher vocational colleges,improving the construction level of high-level practical training bases and improving the quality of personnel training,explores the construction objectives and contents of high-level equipment manufacturing training base in enterprise-run colleges.Based on the construction of the training base,we can promote the reform of the teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,speed up the construction of the double-qualified teachers,promote the upgrading of the students'vocational skills and professional quality,and make the personnel training more targeted and adaptable,effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and serve regional industrial economic development.
