The Practice of Financial Sharing Center Construction——Taking Kailuan Group as an Example
After the deep integration of big data and internet technology,we have entered the era of digitalization.The financial information mode that Kailuan(Group)Co.,Ltd.has been using for many years is no longer suitable for the group's high-quality development goals.This paper analyzes the"One Body with Two Wings"financial management system of Kailuan Group,analyzes the construction process of the financial sharing center of Kailuan Group,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems encountered in the implementation.
