Bamboo fiber composites are resource-saving and environment-friendly composites with high economic,ecological and social value applied in green building.On the basis of summarizing the properties of bamboo fiber composites,this paper reviewed the present research progresses of the application of bamboo fiber composites in green building,and pointed out the shortcomings of existing research and future research direction,hoping to provide reference for promoting the application of bamboo fiber composites in green building and the development of new products.
