摘要
结合河北能源职业技术学院课程思政教学改革工作实际,以构建全员全过程全方位育人大格局为目标,紧紧围绕"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"这个根本问题,在近几年课程思政教学改革基础上,从修订人才培养方案,科学设计课程思政教学体系,挖掘课程思政元素,将课程思政融入课堂教学建设全过程,加强师资队伍建设,提升教师课程思政建设的意识和能力,完善教学质量监控体系等几个方面进行研究,构建了"3334"高职院校课程思政育人体系.
Abstract
Combining the actual work of the reform on curriculum ideological and political education in Hebei Energy College of Vocation and Technology,this research aims at building a large pattern of all-directional education in the whole process and closely revolves around the fundamental question of"whom to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate".Based on the reform of curriculum ideological and political education in recent years,in terms of the revision of talent training program,the research carries out an in-depth research from several aspects to construct the"3334"curriculum ideological and political education system in higher vocational colleges,such as scientifically designing the curriculum ideological and political teaching system,revealing the curriculum ideological and political elements,integrating curriculum ideological politics into the whole process of classroom teaching construction,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving teachers'awareness and ability of curriculum ideological and political construction,and improving the teaching quality monitoring system.
