摘要
从农村走出的大学生是城乡之间联系的重要桥梁,也是助力乡村振兴的一股新鲜血液.当前正是乡村振兴"提档加速"和职业教育高质量发展的关键时期,为农村输送一批懂技术、会经营、通市场的高素质人才,能助力破解农村引才引智难题,持续服务乡村振兴,推动高质量就业,为青年学生实现人生价值和终身发展提供广阔平台.助力高职学生就业返乡具有鲜明的时代背景、重要的现实意义、充分的可行性,通过开展高职学生返乡就业意愿调查及原因分析,进一步探索助力学生返乡就业的途径,倡导全社会各领域共同形成育人合力.
Abstract
College students from rural areas are an important bridge connecting urban and rural areas,and also a fresh source of blood to support rural revitalization.To provide a group of high-quality talents who understand technology,know how to operate,and have access to the market for rural areas,continuously serve rural revitalization,promote high-quality employment,and provide a broad platform for young students to realize their life value and lifelong development.Helping vocational college students returning to their hometowns for employment has a distinct historical background,important practical significance,and sufficient feasibility.Through conducting surveys and analyzing the reasons for vocational college students'willingness to return to their hometowns for employment,we further explore ways to assist students in returning to their hometowns for employment,and advocate for the joint efforts of all sectors of society to form a joint force in educating people.
