企业文化与高职院校文化融合育人实践路径探究——以开滦"特别能战斗精神"为例

高职院校肩负着培养高素质技术技能人才的重要使命,将企业文化精神渗透到校企合作育人模式中,对校企合作模式的创新和机制的建立具有重要意义.目前,高职院校在开展企业文化育人方面还存在制度机制不完善、课程设置不合理、传播推广效果不佳、育人平台建设不完善等问题.文章基于对开滦"特别能战斗精神"企业文化的分析,提出高职院校可以从建立校企协同文化融合育人体系、打造校企文化融合"主题+品牌"、建设校企文化融合育人课程体系和实施校企协作文化育人工程等四个方面,构建校企协作文化融合育人模式.
Research on the Practical Path of Integrating Enterprise Culture and Higher Vocational College Culture to Educate People——Taking Kailuan's"Special Fighting Spirit"as an Example
Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.It is of great significance for the innovation of college-enterprise cooperation model and the establishment of mechanism to penetrate the spirit of enterprise culture into the college-enterprise cooperation model.At present,there are still some problems in higher vocational colleges in carrying out corporate culture education,such as imperfect system and mechanism,unreasonable curriculum setting,poor communication and promotion effect,and imperfect education platform construction.Based on the analysis of the enterprise culture of Kailuan Group with"Special Fighting Spirit",this paper proposes that higher vocational colleges can start from four aspects:establishing school-enterprise collaborative culture integration education system,creating school-enterprise culture integration"theme+brand",constructing school-enterprise culture integration education curriculum system and implementing school-enterprise collaborative culture education project,so as to construct school-enterprise collaborative culture integration education model.
