智能财务时代财务人员转型策略探讨

摘要
随着经济的不断发展,大型煤炭企业开滦集团公司在面临激烈的市场竞争及内部改革发展需求下,着手建立了财务共享中心,煤炭企业跨入智能财务时代.购建财务共享中心后,财务人员担当重任,职能角色发生很大转变.文章从财务共享中心所产生的影响入手,从财务人员职能角色转变、职业素养要求等角度,分析大型煤炭企业在财务共享中心模式下财务人员转型方向,并提出转型建议.
Abstract
With the continuous development of the economy,in the face of fierce market competition and internal reform and development demand,Kailuan Group Corporation,a large coal enterprise,set up a financial sharing center,and entered the era of intelligent finance.After the financial sharing center is built,financial personnel take on heavy responsibilities,and their functions and roles have changed greatly.Starting from the impact of the financial sharing center,this paper analyzes the transformation direction of financial personnel in large coal enterprises under the financial sharing center model from the perspectives of the transformation of financial personnel's functional roles and professional quality requirements,and puts forward the transformation suggestion.
