摘要
随着环保意识的提升和可持续发展理念的深入人心,制造业绿色发展已成为全球的共同目标.本文以河北制造业为例,探讨推动制造业绿色发展的理论逻辑、现实困境与路径选择,提出一系列针对性的措施,政策引导与法规保障、技术创新与产业升级、循环经济与资源高效利用、社会参与与公众意识提升、国际合作与经验借鉴等,以期推动河北制造业的绿色转型.
Abstract
With the promotion of environmental awareness and the concept of sustainable development,the green development of manufacturing industry has become the common goal of the world.This paper takes Hebei manufacturing industry as an example,discusses the theoretical logic,practical dilemma and path choice of promoting the green development of manufacturing industry,and puts forward a series of targeted measures,policy guidance and legal protection,technological innovation and industrial upgrading,circular economy and efficient use of resources,social participation and public awareness enhancement,international cooperation and experience reference,in order to promote the green transformation of Hebei manufacturing industry.
