洗煤厂智能密度控制系统研究与应用

为改善洗煤厂精煤灰分稳定性,降低人工干预带来的不确定性,提高模块采集精度,实现介质密度动态控制,需对传统重介系统工艺进行改造,应用稳定性更强、精准化程度更高的智能密控系统.本文以钱家营矿业分公司洗煤厂智能密控系统应用及智能改造为例,对智能密度控制系统原理、设计内容及系统操作进行了阐述.应用结果表明,智能密度控制系统极大地提升了洗煤厂生产、决策的智能化水平,在确保精煤质量的同时,能充分满足客户需求,值得进一步推广.
Research and Application of Intelligent Density Control System in Coal Washing Plant
In order to improve the stability of cleaned coal ash in coal washing plants,reduce the uncertainty caused by manual intervention,improve the module acquisition accuracy,and realize the dynamic control of media density,it is necessary to transform the traditional heavy medium system process and apply an intelligent dense control system with stronger stability and higher precision.Taking the application and transformation of intelligent control system in coal washing plant of Qianjiaying Mining Company as an example,the principle,design content and operation of intelligent density control system are described in this paper.The application results show that the intelligent density control system has greatly improved the intelligent level of production and decision-making in coal washing plant,and can fully meet the needs of customers while ensuring the quality of cleaned coal,and is worthy of further promotion.
