摘要
基于"雨课堂"智慧教学平台,探索、构建并实施了"三主体四阶段"的翻转式混合教学模式,在《财务管理》课程教学实践中完成了课前准备、课堂组织、课后巩固、期末考核等教学流程.2019-2023 年实践结果对比显示:翻转式教学引入后,学生的学习效果和教学满意度均有明显提高,教学质量实现整体提升.验证了数字化翻转教学模式的优势,为其更深入的理论创新和实践探索提供了经验借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the"rain classroom"intelligent teaching platform,this study explores,constructs and implements the"three main bodies and four phases"flipped blended teaching mode,and completes the pre-course preparation,classroom organization,post-course consolidation and final assessment in the teaching practice of the"Financial Management"course.Comparison of the results of the 2019-2023 practice shows that after the introduction of flipped teaching,the learning effect and teaching satisfaction of students have been significantly improved,and the overall quality of teaching has been enhanced.This study validates the advantages of the digital flipped teaching mode and provides experience for its deeper theoretical innovation and practical exploration.
