新时代我国高校基础学科类学生专业认同感培养路径研究

基础学科专业建设是提升原始创新能力的根基,基础学科拔尖人才的培养为国家管理与改革创新互动提供了坚强支撑,而专业认同感的培育和建设则是助力高校基础学科发展和人才培养的重要保障.通过将某高校基础学科三个年级学生专业转入转出的数据对比分析,剖析基础学科类大学生专业认同感的现状,提出从学生、高校、教师三方面提高基础学科类学生的专业认同感,以强化基础学科类学生的心理契约建设,优化基础学科人才培养质量.
Research on the Cultivation Path of Professional Identity for Basic Discipline Students in Chinese Universities in the New Era
The professional construction of basic disciplines is the foundation to enhance the original innovation ability,and the training of top talents in basic disciplines provides a strong support for the interactive resonance of national management and reform and innovation,while the cultivation and construction of professional identity is an important guarantee for the development of basic disciplines and personnel training in universities.By using mathematical statistics method,this paper analyzes the current situation of professional identity of college students in basic disciplines through comparative analysis of major transfer data of students from three grades in basic disciplines,and proposes to improve professional identity of students in basic disciplines from three aspects:students,universities,and teachers,to strengthen the psychological contract construction of students in basic disciplines and optimizes the quality of talent training in basic disciplines.
