Study on Adaptability of Specialty Setting in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
The development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is driving the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,which will inevitably put forward higher requirements for the quality of talent training in vocational colleges in the Bay Area.Through the investigation and research,it is found that there is a certain deviation between the specialty setting and the industrial structure of the Bay Area vocational colleges.The scale of education lags behind the development of industrial clusters,the degree of matching between specialty settings and market demand is not high,the construction of practical ability training system is incomplete,and the unbalanced development of vocational education students is prominent.In view of this,the higher vocational colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should be oriented towards the industry and build a development pattern of school-enterprise complementary advantages;Market-oriented,specialty settings and market needs relative;Facing practice,deepening the reform of teacher-teaching material-teaching method in vocational education;In the face of students,building a talent training model that adapts to the characteristics of students,improve the specialty structure,and promote the healthy,free and all-round development of students.
