Cultivating business students'labor literacy is the value pursuit of labor education in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of investigating the current situation of labor literacy of business students in higher vocational colleges,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of labor literacy of business students in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of labor literacy.Guided by labor value,based on virtue and ability,led by higher vocational colleges,and characterized by the combination of work and study,this paper puts forward the improvement path from the aspects of developing business students'self-awareness in higher vocational colleges,building good labor education curriculum,constructing labor education coordination mechanism,and strengthening labor education effectiveness,in order to provide reference and inspiration for promoting the connotative development of labor education in higher vocational colleges.
