The Path of Curriculum Reconstruction of Preschool Teacher Education under the Guidance of Educator Spirit
The spirit of educationalists has been put forward to meet the needs of China's modernization and the strategic needs of building a great educational power.Leading the reconstruction of preschool teacher education curriculum with the spirit of educators is a key step to promote the healthy development of preschool education.It can not only guarantee the steady improvement of normal college students'comprehensive quality and professional ability,but also guide the standardized and efficient development of preschool education.It is an epoch-making strategic policy proposed by the Party and the State for the development of education and the construction of teachers.Based on this,this paper sorts out the problems existing in all aspects of teacher education curriculum for preschool education majors in normal colleges and universities,explores the value of integrating educator spirit into preschool teacher education curriculum,and summarizes a practical path for the reconstruction of preschool teacher education curriculum guided by educator spirit from the aspects of curriculum goal construction,curriculum content innovation,curriculum implementation path and curriculum evaluation system construction.It lays a foundation for the preschool education majors in normal colleges to carry out teacher education courses better and cultivate future educators.
