This paper discusses the intrinsic compatibility between the craftsman spirit and the Party building brand construction of students'Party branch in higher vocational colleges in terms of concept,goal,practice and values.From the three aspects of craftsman spirit to enable students'Party branch political function by keeping improving,to enable students'Party branch organizational function by dedication and love,and to enable students'Party branch service function by pursuing excellence,this paper analyzes the empowering role of craftsman spirit in the Party building brand construction of students'Party branch in higher vocational colleges.In the construction of the Party building brand of the student Party branch in higher vocational colleges,the practice path of craftsman spirit is constructed according to the framework of"building a set of evaluation and incentive system,building two support platforms,and promoting three innovative strategies".
