摘要
高校图书馆可通过建设乡村图书馆、培养乡村文化振兴人才、推动乡村文化宣传等方式,提高乡村干部群众的知识和能力,助力乡村文化振兴.但当前高校图书馆在教育资源分布、乡村文化振兴意识、工作方式方法、人财投入程度、对接机制等方面存在短板.因此,提出构建乡村地区图书馆联盟、加强宣传教育、开展跨界合作等多种发展路径,发挥高校图书馆在乡村文化振兴中的作用.
Abstract
University libraries can enhance the knowledge and skills of rural cadres and the general population by establishing rural libraries,training individuals for the rural culture revitalization,and promoting awareness of rural culture.However,there are deficiencies in the distribution of educational resources,awareness of rural culture revitalization,working methods,level of human and financial investment,and coordination mechanisms.Therefore,various development strategies such as forming a rural library alliance,enhancing publicity and education efforts,and engaging in cross-border cooperation are proposed to fully leverage the role of university libraries in rural cultural revitalization.
