摘要
科技型企业是当前新发展格局下新行业、新经济、新业态和新商业模式的重要代表,也是商业银行等金融机构赢得未来的重要战略支点.本文立足新发展格局下唐山市市辖范围内科技金融发展的体系化的构建,针对目前科技型企业融资中所面临的信用评价体系不健全、投资担保体系不完善、金融支持工具不充足、企业财务制度不健全、民间投资参与少等问题提出相关建议.
Abstract
Technology-oriented enterprises are the important representatives of new industries,new economy,new business forms and new business models under the new development pattern,and also the important strategic fulcrum for commercial banks and other financial institutions to win the future.Based on the perspective of systematizing the development of science and technology finance in Tangshan under the new development pattern,in view of the problems faced by scientific and technological enterprises in financing,such as imperfect credit evaluation system,imperfect investment guarantee system,insufficient financial support tools,imperfect enterprise financial system,and less participation of private investment,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
