Based on the brand-new circumstances brought by the new media environment to the cultural education in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties that the current cultural education in colleges and universities is facing,probes into the solutions and strategies,and expounds the importance of cultural education,combining with the practice of culture education in Tangshan University,this paper explores the innovation path of culture education in universities under the new media vision.
