An Analysis of Regional Science and Technology Innovation in Local Colleges and Universities—A Case Study of HG University
Based on the close relationship between local universities and local governments and enterprises in the process of regional technological innovation and achievement transformation,as well as the important role they play in regional economic and social development,this paper studies the concepts of local colleges and universities,their functions and scientific and technological innovation,and based on the"triple helix"theory,analyses the current situation of regional science and technology innovation served by local colleges and universities from three perspectives:the relationship between local colleges and regional science and technology innovation,the existing problems of local colleges and universities serving regional science and technology innovation,and the synergy of local colleges and universities serving regional science and technology innovation.A science and technology innovation model of service region with local universities as the core,universities,enterprises and governments as the three subjects with dynamic balance and collaborative progress has been preliminarily established.
