Research on the Exploration and Practice of Digital Literacy Improvement Paths for Vocational College Teachers under the Background of Industrial Digitalization
In the digital era,the role of informatization capabilities in the teaching process of teachers is growing increasingly prominent.Confronted with the current circumstances such as the deficiency of informatization capabilities,the scarcity of high-quality digital teaching resources,and the nonexistence of advanced teaching evaluation systems,vocational colleges are in urgent need of addressing the conundrum of how to enhance teachers'digital literacy.The improvement of teachers'digital literacy requires demonstrating the characteristics of integration of industry and education.Vocational colleges have to rely on national-level all-people digital literacy and skills training bases,by refreshing teachers'cognition of digital literacy,establishing teaching teams,constructing training models,setting up training mechanisms,and developing curriculum systems,thus a comprehensive model for improving the digital literacy of vocational college teachers under the backdrop of industrial digitalization is built,effectively promoting the digital literacy and skills of teachers in vocational colleges and cultivating digital literacy talents for enterprises.
