摘要
在"大众创新,万众创业"的新时代背景下,要及时准确解决社会工作岗位胜任力的标准需求与现有大学生就业能力的培养质量体系之间存在的差异性问题,对大学生的就业能力认知、专业技能掌握、实践能力体现、自主创新能力、社会适应能力、自我发展规划、团队协作能力进行现状问卷调查与师生访谈调研分析,提出推动深化高校教育教学改革、更新就业择业观念、打造创新创业平台、构建长效服务机制的对策决策建议,旨在提升大学生的就业能力、拓宽就业空间、优化就业结构、保障就业创业的提质增效.
Abstract
In the new era of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation initiative",it is necessary to timely and accurately solve the difference between the standard demand for social work competency and the existing quality system of college students'employability training.On college students'employment ability,professional skills,practical ability,independent innovation,social adaptation,development planning and team cooperation,the survey and interviews with teachers and students are conducted to analyze the current situation,proposing countermeasures to deepen the education reform in colleges and universities,update the concept of employment selection,create an innovative and entrepreneurial platform,and build a long-term service mechanism,which aims to enhance the employability of college students,broaden the employment space,optimize the employment structure,and guarantee the quality and efficiency of employment and entrepreneurship.
