Construction and Practice of a Comprehensive Education Model for Vocational Colleges Based on"Job Course Competition Certificate and Ideological and Political Integration"
By analyzing the connotations and relationships between"on-the-job course competition certificate"and"ideological and political integration",as well as conducting research on the current status of the"on-the-job course competition certificate"talent training model in the computer application technology major of colleges,this paper proposes a comprehensive education model for vocational colleges that combines job matching,course teaching,skills competition,vocational certificate acquisition,and ideological and political education,in response to the challenges and problems faced by vocational colleges in talent training.This model focuses on integrating the needs of practical positions,the content of professional courses,the construction of competition platforms,the acquisition of vocational qualification certificates,and the guidance of ideological and political education,in order to achieve comprehensive cultivation of students'knowledge,skills,and ideological and political literacy.By constructing and practicing this comprehensive education model,vocational colleges can more effectively cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet social needs,providing strong talent support for promoting economic and social development.
