摘要

在全球气候变化日益严峻的背景下,中国积极响应国际社会号召,将碳达峰、碳中和纳入生态文明建设整体布局,并明确提出了2030年前碳达峰、2060年前碳中和的目标.唐山市作为中国典型的资源型城市,其经济发展长期依赖重工业,面临产业结构单一、能源消耗高、碳排放量大等突出问题.在"双碳"战略的推动下,唐山市的绿色转型迫在眉睫.通过深入分析唐山市的产业与能源消耗现状,系统探讨了唐山市在绿色转型过程中面临的问题与挑战,并提出了通过政策引导、能源结构优化、产业结构升级、绿色技术创新应用以及国际合作等多维度路径,以期实现唐山市的绿色低碳、可持续发展.

Abstract

Amidst the increasingly severe global climate change,China has actively responded to the call of the international community by incorporating carbon peaking and carbon neutrality into the overall layout of ecological civilization construction,and has clearly set the goals of achieving carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.As a typical resource-based city in China,Tangshan has long relied on heavy industries for its economic development,facing prominent issues such as a single industrial structure,high energy consumption,and substantial carbon emissions.Driven by the"dual carbon"strategy,the green transformation of Tangshan is imminent.Through an in-depth analysis of Tangshan's current industrial and energy consumption status,this paper systematically explores the problems and challenges it faces during the green transformation process.Furthermore,it proposes a multi-dimensional path involving policy guidance,energy structure optimization,industrial structure upgrading,green technology innovation application,and international cooperation,aiming to achieve green,low-carbon,and sustainable development in Tangshan.
