The Design of the Test Platform for Vibration Exciter
For the issue that the vibration exciter cannot be tested independently,a testing platform is designed by calculating and checking key parameters like the quality of vibration,motor power,torque and spring stiffness,and combining the relevant structure of the existing vibration exciter.This platform can achieve performance testing,fault analysis,initial running-in and test checking,further ensuring and improving the quality of the vibration exciter.Independent testing of the vibration exciter can also optimize the existing process route,shorten the testing time of the whole machine,reduce the impact of the vibration exciter's abnormal problems on the construction period,and has significant importance for manufacturing.
