在教育信息化背景下,提升教师素养是教育现代化的必然要求.新时代教师需要精研善思、潜心钻研,对学生成长进行全方位的规划和部署.课程建设和发展必须充分尊重教师的主体地位.发展教师的课程领导力有助于提高课程品质、提升教师素质、优化教育实践.通过辨析教师课程领导力的内涵与素养要求,提出发展教师课程领导力的策略:以课程构思孵化课程建构力;以课程行动攻关课程实践力;以课程反思助推课程创生力.
Research on the Development Strategy of Teacher Curriculum Leadership from the Perspective of Educational Informatization
In the context of educational informatization,the new trend of meeting social needs to enhance teacher literacy is an inevitable requirement for educational modernization.In the new era,teachers need to study and think critically,devote themselves to research,and make comprehensive plans and deployments for students'growth.Curriculum construction and development must fully respect the subject status of teachers.Developing teachers'curriculum leadership can help improve curriculum quality,enhance teacher competence,and optimize educational practices.By analyzing the connotation and quality requirements of teacher curriculum leadership,strategies for developing teacher curriculum leadership are proposed:incubating curriculum construction power through curriculum conception;developing practical skills through course action;using curriculum reflection to boost curriculum creativity.
