高质量发展是高职学前教育动力支撑,新教师个人职业成长与高职学前教育未来息息相关,"舞蹈"是高职学前教育专业必修课程,当前学前舞蹈教师水平参差不齐,不同的教育与职业背景影响教学效率、教学方法单一化,缺乏创新性与针对性,科研能力有待加强,教学评价方式过于单一等.为促进学前舞蹈新教师的成长,需提高新教师岗位认知,提高教学效率;不断优化教学方法,增强针对性;优化新教师的科研条件,加强科学研究;建立多维度教学评估,完善教学评价体系;增加舞蹈新教师的职前、职后专业培训.
Research on the Growth Path of New Pre-school Dance Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of High-quality Development
The high-quality development of vocational preschool education relies heavily on its driving forces,which include the professional growth of new teachers,as it is intimately tied to the future of the field.Dance,as a compulsory course in vocational preschool education,faces challenges due to the varying qualifications of current dance teachers.Disparities in educational and professional backgrounds contribute to inconsistencies in teaching effectiveness,and the predominance of uniform teaching methods further hinders innovation and relevance.Additionally,there is a pressing need to enhance research capabilities,as well as to diversify and refine teaching evaluation methods.To support the development of new preschool dance teachers,it is crucial to enhance their awareness of the job's demands and improve teaching efficiency.Efforts should focus on continuously optimizing teaching methods to ensure greater relevance,improving research conditions to bolster scientific inquiry,and establishing a comprehensive,multidimensional evaluation system.Furthermore,it is essential to increase professional training opportunities for new dance teachers,both before and after they begin their teaching careers.
