基于凸轮轴齿轮的隧道磁电阻效应传感器仿真

以某信号汽车发动机凸轮轴传感器为例,对比研究了Hall传感器和隧道磁电阻(TMR)传感器安装位置偏移对测量结果的影响,包括3个方向的线性移动距离以及3个角度的转动量。通过对凸轮轴传感器磁路进行建模,对TMR和Hall磁路进行对比分析。通过实验得到极限位移对应的TMR齿根磁场,从而得到其他5个极限安装误差范围。研究结果表明TMR传感器的允许测量范围比Hall传感器更大。
Simulation of Tunnel Magnetoresistance Effect Sensor Based on Camshaft Gear
The camshaft sensor of a signal automobile engine was taken as an example,and the influ-ence of the mounting position offset of Hall sensor and tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR)sensor on the measurement results was studied,including the linear travel distance in three directions and the degree of rotation at three angles.The magnetic circuit of the camshaft sensor was modeled,and the magnetic circuits of the TMR and Hall sensors were compared.The magnetic field at the dedendum of TMR corre-sponding to the displacement of the limit was obtained by experiment,and the other five limit mounting error ranges were thus obtained.The results show that the allowable measurement range of the TMR sen-sor is larger than that of the Hall sensor.
