基于AVL-Cruise搭建燃料电池轻型货车整车模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立燃料电池轻型货车多点恒功率控制和扭矩控制策略,分析文中控制策略对车辆动力性和经济性的影响。结果表明,在2种控制策略的作用下车辆达到的最高车速为95。7 km·h⁻¹、0~50 km·h⁻¹加速时间为17。74 s、最大爬坡度为35。1%、续驶里程为331。4 km,各项指标均满足且优于设计目标。
Drive Control Strategies for a Light Fuel Cell Truck
A light fuel cell truck model was built based on AVL-Cruise,and a multi-point constant power control strategy and torque control strategy for the light fuel cell truck were established using MATLAB/Simulink,so as to study the impact of the proposed strategies on the power performance and economy of the vehicle.The experimental results show that the vehicle can reach a maximum speed of 95.7 km·h-1,an acceleration time of 17.74 s from 0 to 50 km·h-1,a maximum climbing gradient of 35.1%,and a driving mileage of 331.4 km under the action of the two control strategies.In addition,all indicators meet and are superior to the design goals.
